Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance coverage is available in any of the following amounts: $150,000, $100,000, $50,000, and $25,000.
Benefits range from 25% to 100% coverage, depending on the accidental injury the insured person suffers. If the insured dies as a result of an accident, 100% of the principal sum is paid to the beneficiary.
For every two years the Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance policy remains continuously in force, your coverage will automatically be increased by 5%. This 5% increase will continue for the first 10 years the policy is in force until the amount of coverage has increased up to a maximum of 25% of the amount of insurance originally selected.
Eligibility
Underwriting and medical tests are not required for Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance eligibility. Simply apply and accept coverage. You must be between the ages of 18 and 69.
