The election of Directors of the SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. will be held on June 24, 2009. The polls are open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The election and the polls will be at the Company's Home Office, 460 West 34th Street, Suite 800, New York, New York 10001-2320. The annual meeting of policyholders and contract holders shall be held at 11:30 a.m. on June 24, 2009. Every policyholder or contract holder whose policy or contract has been in force for at least one year prior to the election can vote. If you wish to vote by mail you can receive a ballot by writing to the Secretary of the Company at the address above. Pursuant to New York Insurance Law Section 4210, groups of policyholders and contract holders have the right to nominate one or more independent tickets not less than five months prior to the date of election.
